The company is a family run buiness and aims to offer a personal, simple and cost effective bicycle maintenance service to customers in the South Northamptonshire area, particularly in the following villages: Yardley Gobion, Potterspury, Grafton Regis, Cosgrove, Deanshanger, Alderton, Paulerspury, Pury End, Hanslope, Haversham, Wicken, Stoke Bruerne, Shutlanger, Castlethorpe, Old Stratford, Stony Stratford, Roade, Hartwell, Ashton & Whittlebury. Customers from other areas, are of course, welcome.
A FREE collection and delivery service can be arranged to suit your early morning/evening travelling/school arrangements by prior arrangement for half and full services, or other agreed work exceeding £25.00p - For smaller jobs, a small additional delivery charge will be made for such facilities, with the exception of Yardley Gobion (free). This service is offered subject to demand. A similar service is offered to other locations - contact Señalización Ltd or telephone for a quote.
We aim to satisfy your expectations as a customer and ensure that your bike is in a safe condition for use. We will always advise you if further work on your bicycle is recommended and seek your approval before carrying out any additional tasks. If you have a part you would like us to fit, or a repair you'd like us to make, please contact us.
All work (4 months) and parts (12 months) supplied by us are guaranteed excluding wear &: tear and misuse. The guarantee on parts supplied by clients is a matter for the client and their supplier to resolve.
John Tilly has a Cytech qualification in bicycle maintenance and a Cytech qualification for wheel building. Further training has been undertaken in hydraulic brakes and suspension systems. Cytech is the industry recognised training and accreditation scheme for cycle mechanics.
Payments for bicycle maintenance charges will be accepted in cash, cheque (with cheque card and drawn on a UK bank) or by BACS/internet transfer (5% discount on half/full services or other work over £30.00p for payments by this method). In order to keep my prices competitive, credit cards cannot be accepted. All payments made to, or from, the company will be made in UK Pounds Sterling (£'s).

Clean, degrease chainset and cassette;
Alignment/damage check frame & forks;
Check and adjustment of brakes and gears/transmission & indexing;
True wheels/check spoke tension;
Bottom bracket inspected and adjusted;
Check & inflate tyres;
Wheel bearings checked for wear;
Rims, hubs, spokes & tyres checked for damage/wear;
Cables checked;
All nuts & bolts checked for correct torque settings;
Headset adjustment checked;
Bike washed and cleaned.
We recommend that your bike should have an half service every 6–9 months, depending on how often you use it.
FULL Service: £75.00p -
